Meadowlark Farm has been raising and selling grass-fed lamb to discriminating eaters in southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon since 1989.
Our flock is grass-fed. They graze on pastures from mid-April (when the grass starts to grow) to mid-October (when the grasses go dormant for the winter and stop growing). Over the winter, we feed non-GMO hay purchased from our neighbors.
